- Medical malpractice claim involving wrongful intubation settled for over two million dollars ($2,000,000.00). This claim was previously turned down by another law firm because they believed a claim would not be successful.
Sexual Harassment or Assault
- Assault of a client by an employee of a local company. Settled for policy limits of $100,000 (One hundred thousand dollars).
- Client assaulted by timeshare driver resulting in physical and psychological injuries. Settled for approximately $150,000 (One hundred and fifty thousand dollars).
