Memorial Day Safety Tips – And Places to Avoid getting a Speeding Ticket in Memphis

Due to the increase in travel on Memorial Day, accident rates and injury cases rise significantly.  Additionally, this increase in travel means an increase in speeding tickets issued by local law enforcement in the mid-South and surrounding areas.

Channel 3 WREG recently did a special on the most likely places to receive a ticket in the Memphis Area.  Officers will be out in full-force this weekend cracking down on drunk driving, speeding and reckless driving offenders.  It is best to take your time, take a taxi cab or Uber and arrive safe and sound.  Unfortunately, if you do happen to get in trouble you can read more here about handling speeding tickets in Memphis or click here to learn about The Chiozza Law Firm Criminal Defense team.

If you are in an auto accident read here to help you avoid common mistakes following an automobile accident.  As we have previously discussed, the increase in foot traffic for Overton Square, Downtown Memphis and Cooper-Young has presented more injuries to pedestrians and bicyclists.  To read our previous discussions on pedestrian injuries read here or more about bicyclists personal injury claims read here.

We at The Chiozza Law Firm want to wish everyone a safe and peaceful Memorial Day.  For fun events in Memphis this weekend read the Memorial Day Weekend guide published by choose901.com.  If you find yourself in a legal bind or simply have a question feel free to contact The Chiozza Law Firm at 901-526-9494 or email an attorney directly, brian@chiozzalaw.com, for immediate assistance.  We are the local Memphis law firm you can turn to for all of your legal needs.
